Weathering the summer heat means letting breezes blow — preferably through soft cotton. Legendary Edo Period tradition Kurume kasuri (ikats) from internationally renowned Okamoto Shototen, founded 1935 in Kurume, Fukuoka, are just the thing. Laborious to produce, elegant to wear, Nuno’s collection of Kurume kasuri creations features bold stripes, traditional circle-and-cross patterns, as well as brand new designs with a contemporary edge. Breeze on in and try out our summery selections.

Period: Until Tuesday 3rd of September 2019
Venue: NUNO WORKS, 7th floor at Matsuya Ginza
